creamy, made with the precious aged Acquerello Rice, enriched by sweetness
of the Delica pumpkin and the quince, an ancient fruit that tastes of home and warmth. The beans
borlotti alla Veneziana complete the dish with a rustic touch, to take us back to
simplicity of authentic flavors.

raw materials and the passion for the cuisine of our territory.
Cod, a symbol of celebration
A dish that celebrates one of the protagonists of Venetian Christmas cuisine, namely Mr
salted cod. A soft and delicate slice, cooked slowly to preserve its consistency and
the flavor is accompanied by a fashionable green sauce from Lugana. This fresh sauce and
fragrant recalls the vineyards surrounding Lake Garda, adding a touch
elegant and territorial on the plate.

Meat: flavor and history
For those who love tradition, we offer the “priest’s hat”, a tender and tender cut of meat
tasty, slowly boiled as required by the Lombard recipe. We accompany him with one
black pepper bread sauce and salted capers from Lake Garda, which add a note
savory and Mediterranean, enhancing the authentic taste of the meat.
