Put a record on at dinner: here, music is served at the table!

A sensory journey through the Ca’ dei Frati winery behind closed doors, followed by a four-course dinner to the sound of the jukebox, featuring seasonal ingredients and wines paired with songs by the live duo Rivo-Sound. During the evening on the lake, you can choose the songs you want to listen to!

What will we do?

Immerse yourself in a unique and captivating experience on the enchanting shores of Lake Garda. Discover the history of a winery, opened especially for this event, with a private and intimate tour with the Dal Cero family’s sommeliers, Maria Chiara and Andrea. Finally, let yourself be seduced by the elegance of Ca’ dei Frati’s fine wines, with a gourmet dinner overlooking Lake Garda on the heated veranda of the La Fenice pastry shop and bistro, accompanied by live music by the acoustic duo Rivo-Sound in the JukeBox concert during dinner.

The visit to the cellar and the dinner

The experience we’re offering for this special evening goes beyond gastronomy. Before dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating history of Lugana DOC with an exclusive winery tour (in Italian) at Ca’ dei Frati, open especially for this special event. The tour will be led by a special guide: the expert sommeliers of the Dal Cero family. At the end of the tour, you’ll taste our Ca’ dei Frati Cuvée dei Frati Rosé Extra Brut, a classic method sparkling wine, as a toast to the evening, along with a savory appetizer crafted by our La Fenice pastry shop. For any international guests, the sommeliers will be available to explain the wines in English at the end of the tour and answer any questions or concerns.

Dinner on the lake

The evening’s menu features seasonal ingredients and is paired with four Ca’ dei Frati wines and four songs that will be played live during the service of the corresponding dish. During dinner, guests can select their favorite songs from the list of available songs and share them with the musicians via a whiteboard, like a real jukebox concert.   • Yellow Flag: Fresh ricotta and saffron flan from the moraine hills on a yellow pepper fondant and turmeric crumble – paired with Pratto white wine
  • They Killed Spider-Man: Risotto 90… Vodka reduction, cream and tomato, diced smoked trout and its caviar – paired with Rosa dei Frati special vintage 2023
  • The Fisherman: Roasted amberjack fillet, Goro clam stew, Spilinga nduja oil – paired with Brolettino Lugana DOC
  • Chocolate Ice Cream: Surprise dessert by Master Pastry Chef Manuel – paired with Tre Filer passito wine

This is a one-of-a-kind event, celebrating the beauty of Lake Garda through the colors of the magnificent lake view, the sophistication of gourmet Italian cuisine, and the excellence of Cà dei Frati wines paired with the dishes. An experience that will transport you to a world of taste, refinement, and wonder, leaving you with a lasting memory.

Info and costs

Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary evening and treat yourself to a truly enchanting evening on Lake Garda. Space is very limited due to the exclusivity and unique nature of the evening and to ensure excellent service throughout the event. We therefore recommend booking as soon as possible: seats are subject to availability and reservations are now open.

The cost of the complete evening per person is €130, including wines paired with the menu, water, and coffee. The price includes the entire experience: the exclusive winery tour, the toast with a handcrafted savory aperitif, and all the courses included in the dinner menu with live music by a duo and a JukeBox concert.

You can participate only in the closed-door winery tour with a toast featuring Cuvée dei Frati Rosè Extra Brut and a handcrafted savory aperitif for €60, or you can participate in the dinner only for €105 including wines or €90 without wines.
Seats are limited.

The event is designed for an adult audience; minors may participate only if accompanied by their parents for a fee of €70 (including: winery tour with grape juice and savory aperitif, three-course dinner: pasta with tomato sauce and cutlet with chips, dessert, and water).
Pets are not allowed during the winery tour, but are permitted during the toast and during the dinner. Dinner.

The locations of the evening

Our locations are just 1.2 km apart and are located in Lugana di Sirmione, Brescia. Both have ample and convenient parking. The evening will begin at 6:45 pm at Via Frati 22 at the Ca’ dei Frati winery, and at 8:30 pm we will move to the La Fenice bistro, at Via Verona 69/71, directly on the lake.

You can relax throughout the evening and easily reach your room for the night at the end of the event, without even moving your car.
